Psychotherapy
Clinical Practice
I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing part-time at the UPMC Western Psychological Associates. I have expertise in several therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I specialize in working with diagnostically diverse adults striving to reconnect with their core values and pursue a more meaningful, fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach incorporates mindfulness, behavioral change strategies, and experiential exercises to foster psychological flexibility, allowing clients to clarify their values and translate them into actionable steps that lead to a richer, more authentic life experience.
